I followed your instructions above to deactivate completely and then activate the plug-in.
I used chrome in incognito mode and Safari private browsing using the following link and nothing happens. I don’t see a lock screen.

Please, wait for some time while the local SpamFireWall database is updated. It may take up to 10-30 min.
It’s an hour and 15 minutes later and there’s no change. Can you please try it yourself?
Also please remove “resolved” because it’s not resolved. Others have also reported this issue.

1. Please follow,
WordPress console -> Settings -> Anti-Spam by CleanTalk -> Statistics & Reports.
2. Find there “SpamFireWall was updated DATE. Now contains N entries…”.
3. Copy here the string from 2.

We’ve resolved the SpamFireWall update issue by fixing the code on your website. Please do not reinstall/uodate the Anti-Spam plugin.
We’ll let you know when a new release comes out with all the fixes we’ve made.
