# Error occurred while Access key validating. Testing is failed.

 * This has been showing on my WordPress Cleantalk settings page for a month now.
   The error is not helpful at all in that I don’t know if the issue is still persisting
   or it occurred once on the date mentioned (July 10th). The key seems to be working
   fine but who knows:
 * > Error occurred while Access key validating. Testing is failed. Please check
   > the Access key.

 * Please check if you are using the correct access key and press the ‘Synchronize
   with Cloud’ button here:
 * WordPress Dashboard -> Settings -> Antispam by Cleantalk
