Error: number of visitors is locked

    Hi,
    No problem: your English is good like mine 🙂 (you can also use French or Italian in MP if you prefer).
    The visitors number of the day is every day at 11 max but what is the visitors number of yesterday?

    Yesterday the number of visitors is ever 11 for Newstatepress! But, if I see an other plugin, the number is 98!

    did you have another plugin that uses statpress table at the same time of newstatpress?

    Yes. I’ve this problem with NewStatepress from some days (7-10 days), so I’ve lost a lot of statistics, for this reason , I installed another plug in (Google Analitycs) three days ago, not to lose all statistics.

    Now, there is a new update for WordPress. I try to do this and so I see if the problem is solved.

    Please, look that you had not a crashed table in DB server by apply a Utility, Repair Database in the admin panel of Newstatpress.

    Else, could you check the dimension of your DB by apply a NewStatPress update (it shows the information in the last lines)?

    I’ve try to do these steps, but my blog is on altervista wordpress, then I can’t do it! :/

    With the new version 1.2.2 in Tools there is the Information panel that gives the dimension of your DB. Please gives detail about it.

    With your DB dimension you should not have problem.

    Please write at newstatpress @ altervista.org so I can ask for screenshot
