    Hi @farihkhoirulhuda,

Please go to your dashboard >> plugins >> and search for the Everest form plugins on your plugin list and delete the plugin.

If you cannot find the plugin name on your plugin list, it may be the plugin is completely not installed on your site. In such conditions, Login to your cPanel and go to File Manager. Navigate to your WordPress installation folder. Example: Public_html >> wp-content >> plugin. You will find the plugin folder list.

Please delete the Everest Form plugin folder from your site. Now you can install the new Everest form plugin from your dashboard >> plugins >> Add new >> search for the Everest form plugin >> install and activate.

    Regards!

    Hi @farihkhoirulhuda,

It is very strange that you are unable to find the Everest Form plugin.

Could you please provide us with all your plugin list screenshots or video record from your dashboard and the Cpanel? We will look into it and provide you with the appropriate solution.

    Regards!
