Error: No Posts Found. Are you sure this is a Facebook Page ID and …

I installed FTS on two sites on a server and there it works fine. But if I am installing it on other sites on a diffrent server I am getting the Error: ‘No Posts Found. Are you sure this is a Facebook Page ID and not a Facebook Group.’
Does the plugin not work on a server with PHP 5.5 ??
