    Hi @lorenzocasinipes,

    Thanks for choosing Neve!

Unfortunately I am not able to replicate this issue and no other users reported it, so the issue may be linked to your environment. It may occur due to a plugin conflict, so please install the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin, enable the troubleshooting mode which will deactivate all plugins and check if the issue persists. If the problem doesn’t occur anymore, it means it was indeed caused by a plugin conflict and you should reactivate the plugins one by one, until you find the culprit. Then, replace that plugin with an alternative one.

    I hope this helps!

    Have a nice day!

Hi, also just experienced conflict with elementor plugins. Had to roll-back to previous version Neve theme.Issue: Header and footer (neve) disappear.

    Hi @yolosimba!

Could you please tell us what version of Neve, what version of PHP and what version of Elementor (or Elementor Pro) are you using, in order for us to try and replicate this issue? Also, do you use a header or footer template from Elementor or the default ones from the theme? It would be great if you could provide us the URL to your site as well.

    Thank you!

    Hi @lorenzocasinipes!

I tested this on my end but I don’t get any error and the header and footer are properly displayed. Also, no other users reported this issue, so there may be something related to your environment. Do you still encounter this problem with the latest version of the theme?

    Thank you!

I’m using Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin, and the only active things are Neve and Elementor, if i rollback Neve to 3.1.6 everything works fine.

    There’s other to try?

    Hello @lassg and @lorenzocasinipes!

Where exactly does this error appear on your site? Does it appear in the backend, on the dashboard, in the Customizer? We will need the URL to your site to check the issue because as I mentioned, this doesn’t occur on our test instances and we can’t debug this without the proper information.

    Thank you!

    Hello everyone ,

Thank you for providing the error!

Are you using the Contact component inside the header? If not, then can you please tell us what components you are using inside the header so we can try to reproduce the error?

Also, please provide the website URLs so we can further troubleshoot.

It is almost impossible to know what is causing these errors if we cannot see the websites themselves or have no other information other than an error message of a minified file.

Thank you for understanding and we’re looking forward to hearing from you!
