Error MULTISITE constant

    Hi,

    I upgraded from WPMU 2.9.2 to WP 3.0.1 and all went fine but I have a two problem:

    In wp-config.php there is the constant

    define(‘WP_ALLOW_MULTISITE’, true);

    but in the back-end there isn’t “Network” in the menu Tool.

    Second problem: if I insert in wp-config.php this constant

    define(‘MULTISITE’, true);

    show this error message:

    Error establishing a database connection

    If I delete this costant wordpress work.
