# Error Msg trigger

 * Hi,
 * We had some problems with Payments where Orders where sometimes cancelled with
   the following error log. I can’t reproduce the issue and would like to know when
   exactly this error is created and what does it mean.
 *     ```

 * The error is the same as reported in the thread below but I can’t tell you which

   In the worst case, it could potentially prevent a payment from being taken. This
   is likely caused by a potential plugin conflict and our recommendation to avoid
   it would be the same as in the linked thread. Please give it a try and let us
