    Hello,

Please reach out to our in App Help section and ask for your case to be escalated. To further debug this we would need you to share information that should not be shared on a public forum.

Follow these steps to reach out to our help section:

    – Open the Revolut Business App

    – Click on your account name on the top left of your screen.
    – Open “Help” section.
    – Scroll down until you see “Chat” option.
    – Click on “Start new chat” (chat bubble icon)

    Hello,

I am experiencing the same problem with missing revolut_public_id. Would you be so kind as to share how you resolved it? Support advised me to review the installation guides and to contact the merchant APIs team to verify proper configuration. I attempted to explain that I am using a plugin, not the Merchant API directly.

I also reviewed the plugin changelogs, and I found no mention of a fix for this issue in any release version.

    Thank you

    Hi @catanmarin ,

There is a high chance this is caused by a compatibility issue with your theme. You can check if you encounter the same issue with the Storefront theme for example. If it doesn’t happen with Storefront, it means the theme is at fault in this case.

Could you write us at api-requests@revolut.com?

It will allow us to help you debug without exposing sensitive data here.

    Kind regards,

    Hello,

The thing is that I’m using a pretty popular theme (woodmart), didn’t expect it to cause issues. But I will check it with another theme.

Btw, I have been contacted by Integration Specialists from Revolut team, and I have shared with them the wp-admin access so they investigate further what is the issue.

    Thank you

I have tried with Storefront theme. Unfortunately I get same error, so these is not the issue.

I also checked the logs, and I see the revolut public id is being sent during order creation to the revolut plugin, but it somehow gets lost.

I have shared the information and access with the revolut integration team on 27th, but still didnt got any reply.

Identified the issue, in my case it was not the theme, it was the following discount plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/woo-discount-rules/.

Even if I didnt have any active discounts, it was somehow breaking the revolut integration. (the plugin was not even configured, it was just installed & activated)

So recommendation for others who may encounter broken revolut integration:

    • Check the cart page (disable blocks)
    • Check any plugin that affects cart page
    • Check any plugin that affects product & prices
