    I haven’t heard back from support after several days since providing admin access to my site, so I’ll pose the question here.

    Although recurring subscription plans in Stripe have worked for me before in previous versions of Ninja Forms, I am getting an error message on a new form I am setting up. Upon submit, I get “Missing required param: amount.” Does anyone know what this error message means?

    There are not many options to go wrong here, so I’m baffled. The only option to set in Stripe is Recurring Payment Plan ID. And yes, the plan is already created in Stripe, both in Live and Test modes.

  • ** UPDATE ** I received a response from support, who told me I was missing a customer email address in the Collect Payment settings. Previously this field was not required, but I understand why it would be. Since error messages are notoriously vague, I suggested that required fields be marked somehow (red asterisk) so that they won’t be overlooked.
