Error messages use index.php

I set up a page in wordpress and its using a custom template (like page-left-sidebar. When a user submits a form and there is an error like “You do not have the capacity to open a new ticket.” The page refreshes onto a page using the default template. I think this is a bug.. Please try this own on your own..
