    Hello,
    Hoping you can help with 2 issues! 1) If the donation form is submitted with any errors (missing fields), when these are corrected the error message (give_error div) does not go away and the submit button remains disabled. 2) Although offline donations are disabled in settings, a successful donation triggers (in addition to the appropriate donor receipt email) a second, blank email to donor w/ subject and heading Offline Donation Instructions, AND Admin receives a “pending donation” email w/ heading New Offline Donation w/ instructions to mark as complete w/ the link to do so. Note that we are using the Give Square plugin along with GiveWP. Thank you very much for any help you can provide.

    Hi @adarnton

    The (currently available) Give Square add-on is not one that we developed and is a premium add-on. We’re not able to provide support (due to forum rules) for the non-free plugin here on this forum. If the above issues go away when you deactivate the third-party Square add-on, that means you’ll need to seek their support.

    If the issues persist after deactivating the third-party code, we’ll be able to do some more digging to see what is causing the conflict.

    We’ve not seen any other reports of the offline donations emails errantly sending. One fix for that would be to disable the emails themselves in the emails settings at Donations > Settings > Emails (tab).
