Error Messages as placeholder text in input fields

Hi,

how is it possible to show the error messages not under the input fields in the <span role=”alert” class=”wpcf7-not-valid-tip”> but instead as placeholder text inside of the input fields? And then when i click into the field on which the error appears the error text sgould be hidden, so that i can enter the right text.
