    Hi,

thanks for your post, and sorry for the trouble.

No, there’s no direct limitation, expect practical limits, like server memory and execution time.

What are the exact error messages that you are getting and when exactly do they appear?

    Regards,
    Tobias

    Hi,
Thanks your following up to solve the problem
We specify the number of rows and columns and create the table
We will list all the information in the table
The last step is to display or save, but displays an error message
The internal data of table 24 is corrupted.

This message is displayed each time the number of rows grows out of 18 rows

Ha. @tobiasbg You know better. I’ve flagged your account for moderation to ensure that a) you reply well (I know you will) and b) that you understand how serious this is.

    https://wordpress.org/support/guidelines/#being-mod-watched-or-banned

I’ve deleted your offer to login to your user’s site. I’m am 100% sure you mean well but please never ask for credentials on these forums.

    https://wordpress.org/support/guidelines/#the-bad-stuff

Now for the why: The internet is a wonderful place full of very nice people and a few very bad ones. I’m sure everyone here is very nice however, by giving some ones keys to your house you are trusting they wont steal anything. Likewise the person who takes the keys is now responsible for the house FOREVER.

If something was to go wrong, then you the author may well legally become liable for damages, which they would not normally have been as their software is provided without warranty.

Please be aware that repeatedly asking for credentials will result in us asking you to repeatedly stop before escalating up to the plugins team.

It is never necessary to ask for admin, temporary or otherwise.

There are many ways to get information you need and accessing the user’s site is not one of them. That’s going too far.

    You get the idea.

Volunteer support is not easy. But these forums need to a safe place for all users, experienced or new. Accessing their system that way is a short cut that will get you into real trouble in these forums.

    Hi srazavi,

it seems like I’m not allowed to offer the best and quickest possible way to find the cause for this issue here in the forums, I’m sorry. We are forced to go the long route, even though the time that I spend here is my unpaid free time, and you are robbed of the chance to make your own decisions.
Unfortunately, this will lead to you, me, and other affected users to lose the joy they could otherwise have with WordPress and a fixed problem.

One idea now is to find out how exactly the table data is corrupted. For that, please download, install, and activate the TablePress Debug Extension from https://tablepress.org/download/extension/tablepress-debug.zip After that, you will see a “TP Tables” entry in the admin menu on the left of the screen. There, please find the table that is getting corrupted (you will not directly see the table ID, but the name). Then, please post the raw content of that table (which is in JSON format) on https://pastebin.com/ and post a link here.

    Regards,
    Tobias

    This does not help.

I don’t want anyone to feel burdened and if that is the case here then perhaps you should consult with the plugins team to remove your plugin from this site?

All support here is 100% voluntary and no one is forced to provide support. I know you provide excellent support but if you are going to continue then you have to adhere to the rules. Everyone does and you are not being singled out.

    Hi,
Thanks to @jdembowski for my help
And thanks to @tobiasbg for their good support
I’m very pleased with working with wordpress, but as I’m learning already, my problems seem to be big.
@tobiasbg If possible, email me a table with 250 rows and 9 columns to import into the plugin and change the information inside the table to reach my desired table.

    Hi srazavi,

no, your problem is not too big, by far! We’ll just have to find the root cause for this. Please try my suggestion with the Debug Extension from the previous post! We’ll find the cause for this then!
(Emailing you a working table will not help, as it will break again on your site. The reason is that this issue is specific to your site, the server configuration, and maybe the plugins that you are using.)

@jdembowski: I’d like to apologize for my previous reply, which was probably a bit immature. I should probably have taken another deep breath before hitting Submit.
(Still, I do believe that this rule and the reasoning is half-baked/poorly-conceived, in particular when a plugin author is asking. But this is not the right place to discuss this.)
