 * I was considering upgrading to a paid version, but as I reviewed the plugin, 
   I noticed users get error messages when trying to retrieve receipts, and I get
   error messages when trying to change the status of a donation (from pending to
   active or from pending to canceled).

 * I have screenshots of the error messages, but I don’t seem to be able to attach
   or copy them into this message block.
