Error message when trying to upload documents

This plugin works on other sites I run, but on one of my websites, I get this error message every time I try to upload a document: Unable to insert item into DB! Unknown column ‘file_custom_cf1’ in ‘field list’

Anyone know what this is referencing? Thanks in advance.
