# Error message when saving form settings

 * Hi,
   When saving the form settings, a message appears (in German) “WARNUNG: Jeder
   Block benötigt einen Titel”. That means “Warning: each block needs a title”.When
   I go through the form, I can’t see any empty field.In the Webserver Logs, I find
   only (probably not related) warnings:[error] 1011321#1011321: *4141235 FastCGI
   sent in stderr: “PHP message: PHP Warning: Undefined array key “label” in /var/
   www/wp-content/plugins/multi-step-form/includes/lib/msf-blocks/radio/msf-block-
   radio.class.php on line 79; PHP message: PHP Warning: Undefined array key “label”

   GET /anfrage/ HTTP/2.0”In the frontend console, I can see some outputed objects,
   but they all have a title displayed.I don’t know much about the plugin, someone
   else built the form, I am looking for the solution of this error..best regards,

   thank you for using the plugin. In this case, it would be the best option
   that you send us your Form as a JSON export. If you are sure that all blocks 
   will have unique title. You can send the file to our office E-mail of mondula.
