 * hello,
 * i am having trouble getting my members to reset their passwords. this is the 
   message when they try:
 * “There was an error while trying to send the activation link.”
 * how do i fix this or can you?

 * i was able to get another page connected to your plugin to say that it has sent
   the email but no email was received.
 * it says: Check your e-mail for the confirmation link.
 * but i didn’t get any email after trying 4 times.

 * Hi,
 * Did you try to deactivate all other plugins and use a default WordPress theme?
   Maybe there is a theme/plugin conflict.
 * Also can you send / receive email from your domain? Did you check the spam folder?
   If you register a user using the default WordPress Registration form, the notification
   is sent?
