# Error Message when posting – input file doesn’t exist

 * Hi Qamar,
 * Trying to use your plugin, but encountering an error.
 * I use only custom post types (using ACF), and store images on Amazon S3.
 * When I create a new post I receive an email like this :
 * Dear user,
    Your post ID 3227 not posted on Instragram due to following reason.
   Input file “s3apsoutheast2://carfocus/WP Media Folder – Cars are our Focus!/wp-
   content/uploads/2019/06/Ford-Roadster-Hot-Rod.jpg” doesn’t exist.
 * The actual image URL is :

 * Any thoughts on why this might be happening and what I am doing wrong please?

 * Hello Dave,
 * Actually file should be on your site. Because Instagram API needs a physical 
   path of the image and it can’t get from amazon or any other remote location by
   URL.
 * But we are working on an add on solution to make it possible for remote images.
