 * I keep getting this error message after I upload WordPress MU to my server.
 * “Problem in wp-config.php – $base is set to BASE when it should be the path like“/”
   or “/blogs/”! Please fix it!”
 * What does that mean???

 * I think you are using WPMU.. make the changes that wordpress is asking you to
   do.. this is not an error, this is an instruction, just follow it
