# Error message when installing WordPress

 * Im trying to install WordPress on my web hosting
 * 1. I empty my database and my Filezilla server.
    2. I put the new WordPress files
   in Filezilla server. 3. I start the installation of WordPress 4. I enter my database
   connection details, etc…, run the install 5. I get a very long error message 
   which starts like this:
 * WordPress database error: [CREATE command denied to user ‘chooseyonicyt’@’10.0.61.101’
   for table ‘wp_users’]
    …. ….
 * It seems the user need a “permission” to access.
    What can I do?

 * What is that “cpanel” he is talking about?
    How can I access to that “cpanel”
   to change to ” ‘ALL’ priviledges “?
