    Hi there,
I’m having an issue with the form.
When I fill it in it says I do not have a valid e-mail address and no content, but both are fine.
    Hope you can help

I have seen this get reported before, but I cannot reproduce it. It is therefore hard to debug/fix it. I do have an idea on something that might be at play.

Could you try it with the version from here?

    Hi Marcel,

I have placed the form at the bottom of the page temporarily but now I don’t get an error message but the form simply doesn’t send.
Before I install the other version, perhaps now you can see anything else that is going wrong?
And if I install the other version, can I do this without loosing my messages?
The tests in the settings work fine by the way.

Hi, I think that has to do with havinf the list and the form separately listed as shortcode. There are now 2 elements #gwolle_gb and the JavaScript function can’t get to the form.
It is not designed to support this.

You could disable the AJAX submit and see if that makes it functional this way.
That might also “fix” the two fields.

The update can be installed safely, don’t worry. But if you want to wait till after the official release that is fine too.

    Hi Marcel,

Sorry for the late response, I don’seem to get notifications by mail of the followup but disabling Ajax seems to have solved the problem, thanks!

    Hi Eva,

There is now an update for 2.5.3 that should have a real fix included. When you update to that version, and enable AJAX submit again, does it now work right? Can you confirm?
