Error Message when Activating Theme

    I tried to activate ColorWay 2.4 and got this error message:

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function: wp_get_theme() in /home/julie/public_html/joinjulie.ca/wp-content/themes/colorway/functions/theme-options.php on line 11

    It activated but when I try to get to my dashboard it goes to this error message.

    Any suggestions?
