• Well, I finally sold my first item, but then found the following error message in “orders:” Validation error: “PayPal IPN response from a different email address (info@mediashox.com). Order status changed from Pending Payment to On Hold.” This may be because my Paypal email address is different than the email address for the website. However, I have no idea how to: 1) fix in order to receive the funds 2) fix to prevent from happening again. Help much appreciated… Thanks!

After posting, I changed all the email address in WooCommerce “Emails” settings to match my Paypal email address. Hopefully this will resolve the issue. Any other notes or confirmation appreciated. Thanks

Order says it is now “Processing,” however, still no funds in Paypal. Please explain what must be done to capture the funds in Paypal. Thanks very much!

Have you looked in the PayPal account associated with the original email address? Are you sure that “Sandbox mode” was deactivated?

I found the funds in Paypal… however, I had to look in the “classic view.” Otherwise, they just don’t show up. Thanks for checking in!
