# Error Message – Vimeo

 * Hello Support,
 * Great plugin! I currently am (only) having an issue with adding Vimeo videos.
   The error message I am receiving when I attempt to: add items, Vimeo, is: Sorry,
   video not found. I have tried direct-linking, changing the video URL, changing
   permissions settings in Vimeo, tried different multiple videos, and changed browsers
   with the same error message appearing. YouTube seems to work just fine. Any ideas
   on what is happening? If you could contact me through email that would be appreciated.

 * This worked for me, under Privacy tab, make sure your video is public and embedded
   anywhere, not on your specific domain. Then look at the browser bar and get the
   url which may look like: [https://vimeo.com/manage/XXXXXXXXX/general#privacy](https://vimeo.com/manage/XXXXXXXXX/general#privacy).
   Change the url to [https://vimeo.com/XXXXXXXXX](https://vimeo.com/XXXXXXXXX) 
   where X=your video’s number, and then try to add items, Vimeo.
 * Hope that helps someone. This plugin is amazing, works well with Vimeo.
