Error message UTF-7 not supported

    Hello,

    I’ve got the message: charset UTF-7' not supported, assuming utf-8 in /var/www/vhosts/seldsum.nl/httpdocs/wp-includes/formatting.php on line 998 Warning: htmlspecialchars(): charsetUTF-7′ not supported, assuming utf-8 in /var/www/vhosts/seldsum.nl/httpdocs/wp-includes/formatting.php on line 998 Warning: htmlspecialchars(): charset `UTF-7′ not supported, assuming utf-8 in /var/www/vhosts/seldsum.nl/httpdocs/wp-includes/formatting.php on line 998 on top of every page on my website http://www.seldsum.nl.

    Also I get this message when I log in on wordpress itself.
    What should I do?
