    Hello !

    I have a problem with the sending method with MailPoet. I have the free plan (1000 suscribers with MailPoet 3 Premium). All plugins are up-to-date. When a new suscriber want to suscribe to the newsletter, he’s got this message :
    “Quelque chose s’est mal passé avec votre abonnement. Veuillez contacter le propriétaire du site.”
    “Something went wrong with your subscription. Please contact the website owner.”

    It does create the subscriber with a status of Unconfirmed and the user does NOT receive the email with the confirmation link.

    In the admin, MailPoet > Help > Status system I have this error :

    Le service d’envoi de MailPoet a stoppé l’envoi de vos e-mails pour une des raisons suivantes :<br><br>Vous avez peut-être atteint la limite d’abonnements de votre plan. Gérez vos abonnements.<br>Vous avez peut-être un mauvais taux de délivrabilité. Veuillez contacter notre équipe de support pour résoudre le problème.<br>

    It’s a new website, with 4 suscribers for test…. In the MailPoet account all seems ok…

    If the error cannot be solved I will change for another sending method (Send with > Other)

    It seems the MailPoet Sending Service has been paused for your account.

    Please contact us via email so we can check what happened and help you restore the sending for your account.
