# Error message “Select a provider”

 * Hi,
    great plugin, but in a new site that I’m creating, when I try to insert 
   a tracking code on a new order, appear always the message “Please select a provider”
   when I click Save and Send button. I sed 2 provider, but it doesn’t works. Someone
   could help me? Thank you. I’m using latest version of plugin and Woocommerce 
   3.4.7

 * I have this problem as well with a new installation. I added Fed Ex with this
   url [https://www.fedex.com/apps/fedextrack/?action=track&tracknumbers=](https://www.fedex.com/apps/fedextrack/?action=track&tracknumbers=)
   
   and checked Add a tracking number to the URL
 * Please select a provider is returned.
 * The tracking number is retained with the order, but the status isn’t changed 
   to completed and no message is sent to the customer.
 * WordPress 5.0.3, Salient 10.0.1, WooCommerce 3.5.5

 * I am having the same problem – Just keep getting the message “select a provider”
   when hitting save & send with tracking number. [@atletekno](https://wordpress.org/support/users/atletekno/),
   I replaced the code on line 268 from the forum link you posted above, but that
   didn’t do the trick.
 * Same problem is happening. The code is correct on line 631 as well.
 * Would love a solution for this.
