 * hello, i get the following error messages on my checkout page:
 * Notice: Undefined index: amazon_on_cart_page in /home2/formgut/public_html/formgut.
   design/wp-content/plugins/payments-gateway-amazon-woocommerce/includes/class-
   amazon-pay-hook.php on line 284
 * Notice: Undefined index: banner_display in /home2/formgut/public_html/formgut.
   design/wp-content/plugins/payments-gateway-amazon-woocommerce/includes/class-
   amazon-pay-hook.php on line 285
 * Notice: Undefined index: banner_display in /home2/formgut/public_html/formgut.

 * I deleted the plugin and reinstalled it. But the error message appeared to be
   the same ad before.

   who is responsible here?

   not allowed to share on wordpress so need to get those details through the ticket.

 * Yes. but i cannot submit this ticket because i have no Order Number for this 
   plugin.

   even without the order number.
