Error Message for Certain Members

Hi all,

I’m facing an issue for several members on my site. When they try to login using this widget, they are getting an ERROR message. The strange thing is that it is only happening to a few members as the rest seems to be able to login normally.

Some other plugins I’m using are the S2Member and BBPress Plugin, not sure if that is the cause.

Anyone has any idea how to solve this issue?
