Could you please run phpinfo(); and see if PHP GD2 library is enabled on your website? It is required for performing actions on images, such as creating thumbnails.
Therefore, please make sure the library is enabled. You can ask your hosting provider to turn it on for you.

Thank you – I’ve corresponded with my hosting provider and sent them the message you wrote above. They are having a hard time troubleshooting the issue. Can you please assist?
Here is their response:
I have checked our server logs as well as PHP error logs. No errors were recorded that would help us determine what exactly is causing the issue.
It would be best to have plugin developers take a look at this and if there’s anything that needs to be done from our side, we will be happy to do help.

We firstly ran var_dump(function_exists('imagecreatetruecolor')); and PHP GD2 library was present on your website.
But also, seems like the images which are uploaded now are properly processed. The images on Online Toy Auction gallery seem to be deleted from your website file system.
Could you please try to upload these images again and add them to your galleries? It should work correctly now.
