Thanks for using Caldera Forms. We think it’s the best form builder out there too – but we’re a little biased. 🙂
I think the first thing I might try would be manually uninstalling the plugin by deleting the caldera-forms folder under wp-content/plugins, and then reinstalling the plugin.
If this doesn’t work, we might want to look at your debug information closer to see if we can figure out a plugin or theme conflict that might be causing this.
