 * thanks for reaching out – can you add a link to your page for testing purpose?
   Also please go to SilentShield > Advanced Settings > Mail Logging. Enable Mail
   Logging, Log sent mails and Log blocked mails.
 * Afterwards scroll down to Logging & Tracking and enable Detailed Tracking, Plaintext
   Logging and Log Api responses.
 * Save the settings and submit a new form.
 * Now you can check the “Mail Log” and the “Audit Log” for Detials why the mail
   has been stopped and reconfigure your settings. Let me know if you need any further
   help or if this doesn’t fix your issue.

 * Hi, thanks for the response. We deactivated the plugin so a testing link is not
   very usefull.
 * I activated the Mail Log, but nothing was logged for this special form. I have
   two forms on this site: one is working. The other one isn’t. I have a few more
   sites: Some with no problem, some with. This ist really strange.
   Edit: How can
   i send you a link in private for testing? I can’t edit the original post any 
   more.

   would it be possible to get a copy / access to one site which is affected by 
   the blocking issue ? That would help me to locate the issue and fix it.

 * no chance for access i think 🙂
 * I tested it on another page. I got the Mail Log: Duplicte Submit (i think we 
   had this on a version before?)
 * Edit: When i deactivate the Toggle in the settings, it works.
   But this worked
   only for the page with the mail log. On the other page with no mail log it is
   still not working.

 * i was able to reproduce the error. For now, the solution is to disable the “Multiple
   Submission Protection”. I’m working on the fix and release it asap.
