# Error Message after upgrading

 * I just upgraded and I’m getting the following error message when I try to import
   the xml file… “Error: There was an error parsing your export file.”
 * If I could get some help fixing this issue it would be appreciated!

 * I received your email with the xml file. I tried to import it and all the boxes
   were successfully imported:

 * I’d suggest you do the following:
 * 1. Export the file once again.
    2. Deactivate and delete the free plugin and 
   then try to import the file again.

 * I got the same results, but the content was missing, I knew the photos would 
   be absent but I thought the content would remain…
