Right now, just push “Save Changes” button on Media Settings > Taxonomies admin page, it will fix the issue. Please give me more details: * 1) did you update to 2.0.4 or to 2.0.4.1? * 2) What do you mean by “silent failure”? What you described in your second paragraph? * Changes to 2.0.4.1 weren’t so dramatic to break all around. I just mean that I didn’t get the error message people were reporting, only the behaviour described. * I will do more extensive testing a bit later, including with the newer version.
