Support » Fixing WordPress » Error message after moving site to sub-folder

  • hi,

    This is a little complicated…

    I had gr.com and gr.com/grief.

I created a new site in /grief, then uploaded it as the main site.

And put the original gr.com content into /grold.

However, I can’t open the /grold site to get some content from it, and I can’t find the content in the downloaded backup.

I need these files to complete redirects.

Here is the error I get.

Warning: require(./wp-blog-header.php) [function.require]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/gr/public_html/grold/index.php on line 17

Warning: require(./wp-blog-header.php) [function.require]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/gr/public_html/grold/index.php on line 17

Fatal error: require() [function.require]: Failed opening required ‘./wp-blog-header.php’ (include_path=’.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php’) in /home/gr/public_html/grold/index.php on line 17

I need to get as these pages urgently to complete the redirects. Am I going crazy?

Any suggestions how to get the online wordpress working, or how to find the pages and posts in the downloaded backup would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks…
