# Error message after adding Theme

 * Hi,
    I tried installing a new theme and got the following error messages;
 * Fatal error: Call to undefined function wp_get_theme() in /home/blinkrep/public_html/
   wp-content/themes/gridstack/functions.php on line 23
 * I couldn’t log into control panel so delete Theme (Gridstack) via FTP however
   still get error.
 * Realised issue may have been that my version of WordPress was out dated, tried
   updating all WP files except wp-content and wp-config.php files via FTP.
 * Also changed Plugins to Plugin.hold.
 * But I’m still getting the same error message!!!!!
 * Please help!!!!
