    Hi Unwanted Life,

    Thanks for reaching out.

Please, navigate to Dashboard > Advanced Ads > Settings > AdSense. You will see a button to revoke the AdSense API connection. Click this button.

Afterward, the button has changed. You can connect your website with AdSense again now by clicking the Connect button.

If nothing happens when reconnecting and the progress sign keeps spinning, please clear your browser cache and try again. A few users have experienced this problem, and it has been resolved in that way.

    Best regards,
    Joachim

    Hi @unwantedlife,

Have you been able to reconnect your AdSense account with Advanced Ads?

    Best regards,

    Hi,

Yeah, it seems to be fixed now. Whole you’re here, how do I make small slimline ads to fit smartphone view? I’ve tried repeatedly to get the size to be smaller but no matter what I do the width always has issues with the add in smartphone view

    Hi,

Thanks for your reply, and great to hear that you could fix that. I will mark this thread as resolved.

“how do I make small slimline ads to fit smartphone view?”

Currently, your AdSense ads are responsive and not cropping the page. If you want to change their size, I recommend creating certain ads for your mobile traffic and target them by using the device or browser width visitor condition to specific screensizes or smartphones.

If you use the Responsive Ads add-on, you can find an elegant way to serve predefined ad sizes to specific screensizes.

    Best regards,
    Joachim

    Hi,

I had to delete every attempt to use ads that were sized for smartphones because for some reason they ignored the sizes set and didn’t function properly. So the only way to get your plugin to respond to the sizes set for mobile is to pay for one of your add-ons to do that?

You can use the device visitor condition, which is part of the basic version of Advanced Ads, to target specific ad units to certain devices like mobiles. You don’t need any add-ons for it, but they extend your toolkit.

If you need any help with setting up your mobile ads, I would appreciate it if you could open a new thread and add a link to a post where I can see the issue that you report because I was not able to see any ads on your website that did not function properly on mobile.

    Best regards,
    Joachim
