 * when user clicks on rating stars then quickly tries to click on a different rating
   stars, the message “please rate only 1 item at a time” appears and user cannot
   rate any other songs

 * Yeap, it is by design (a bit an outdated one since the plugin is kinda old). 
   Only 1 rating can take place at any time. So when the first rating went through,
   the you can rate the second one.
 * Sadly, there is no way around it besides rewriting it.
