 * When a new user apply for a job, he gets an error message “You don not any role!”.
   How do I set a role for a new user?

 * I used [jsjobs_jobseeker_my_stats] short code for the user to get the select 
   role option.

 * User do not have any role (either job seeker or employer) so system give error
   message.
 * You can use any short code which need user role, i.e my job, my resume etc
