 * I keep getting this error message each time I trying to view my website or change
   my theme. Please help.
 * Fatal error: Call to undefined function get_header() in /home/niecybmw/public_html/
   index.php on line 1

 * I’d guess you have an incomplete/corrupt install. Try reinstalling from a clean.
   zip file.
