 * Either the PHP configuration, web server configuration or a script in the WordPress
   installation has zlib.output_compression enabled.
    Please locate and disable 
   this setting to ensure proper HTTP compression behavior.
 *  can i know where that file is situated and how i can disable that compression

 * You should contact your hosting provider for more information on that matter.
   There are few ways to change a PHP variable and different hosting companies allow
   different ways to change them. However, you could search for a PHP Variables 
   changing tools in cPanel if you’re hosted on a cPanel-based hosting.
