 * Hi,
    I’m using this plugin in two websites and works perfectly in only one (I’m
   using dropbox upload for both). In the other I’m receiving errors and I can’t
   figure out what’s happening.. Could you help me?

 * Hello
    there are several posts for this problem but no answer from support team.
   Seem to be that the problem is the compression of the backup. For huge installations
   the compression needs more then 5 minutes and then the task interrupted. After
   3 restarts the task skipped and you get the error message from BackWPup. That
   ´s seem to be the reason but nobody knows the solution.

 * No. At the moment it seem to be that there is no setting to increase it.
    The
   problem is that there is no answer from support team how this problem can be 
   solved.
