# Error logging in

 * Hello, if I login as a user and close the browser windows, when I try to go back
   in the site I always got this message
 * You need a higher level of permission.
 * Sorry, you are not allowed to customize this site.
 * Can you tell me how to fix it?

 * Are you trying to access the login page via the /login-designer/ page that the
   plugin creates? Or via the default WordPress /wp-login.php/ login view?
 * If you disable the plugin, are you able to log in?
 * You do need to be logged in as an administrator (or at least with site editing
   capabilities) in order to customize the login screen.
