This really great plugin seems to be working fine other than this error.

Thanks for this handy and very useful plugin.

Thanks, I will investigate on this error.

Is it breaking the plugin or site for you? or just logging in the error log?

Plugin works great. Just logs this error.

    Okay, thanks for the info.

I will take a look at this, never good to have errors in the log, even though they don’t seem to crash anything.

    Hi,
I have the same problem – did you find any solution?

    Hi all,

I have not been able to find this specific issue. However, I have just released a new major version that include a lot of rewritten code. I’m hoping that this error disappears with that.

Please update and let me know if you still having issues.

I have the same issue and only work around for me was to temporarily disable the plugin… hope you get it resolved soon.

    Hi @webrev

This error is from an older version of the plugin then the current stable version.

Do you use the old version and have this issue or is it with the new version?
Can you please post your exact error message.

    Thanks

    Using version: 3.0.3

    Error message:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function add_action() in /home/user/public_html/wp-content/plugins/advanced-browser-check/advanced-browser-check.php on line 14

    Hi,

Are you using any caching plugin on your site? Sometimes I have received this issue after activating the plugin when having caching plugins running.

Clearing all caches solves the issue for me. Please let me know.

After updating plugin, my server has same 500 error as webrev. the updated plugin displayed a semi-transparent black that overlayed every page on frontend.

I deleted all Cache, but problem persisted. So, I deactivated the plugin (but will update and reactive if/when this is resolved). Thanks.
