 * no. you need to upload all of the files. That is telling you that wp-settings.
   php isnt uploaded.

 * You must sure upload all files on your host. Your problem is a upload.

 * thanks got it .. now it cant find my database ..
    this host provides multiple
   domains .. maybe that is why it cant find it .. this is my second time installing
   first time I had no probs
