    I love your plugin, but I noticed that I have to clean the error log every day. After I looked into it in more detail, I noticed that, uptime robot user agent (Which is a free service I use to find out when my hosting is down) is creating 95% of my error log. Is there any way I can “allow” this service so it would not create a error log entries? Any help would be really appreciated.

  • Do not worry, I am using BPS PRO and have updated there last update published a few days back.
    MY Error log is like popping in every second I am on my dashboard.In fact B CORE log never goes away.
    You have to just copy all the log files in a text doc.Above the REST button you will see the Delete LOG button.Just DEL it.It have limited space to send email so it can not send you email.

    I know there are many GURUS here how can give you better info but this is what I find from there site and applied it to my site.Sharing the same with you.

    –I have to expand my query one step ahead.B Core area totally not responsive at the moment.
    –I see some payday loan file at my site today.
    I see some file like it before Does it mean my site is exposed or some intruder is in even with BPS pro?
    I have reset my site admin password to make sure no one is freaking with me.
    Can you guys help me with this situation?

    The uptimerobot can either do an internal remote GET or probably also a standard HEAD Request to check for site uptime. See this Forum Thread for the solution:

    @wahgra786 – You can turn off Security Log Alerts in S-Monitor so that alerts will not be displayed each time a new log entry is logged in your Security Log and you can also set S-Monitor Security Log email options to automatically zip and email your log files to you when they reach the log file size that you choose. See the Blue Read Me help buttons in S-Monitor for more details.

    P security is still fine and I have myself do not want to have the unzip files with log in it.
    My site is down every day my BCORE area not working these are worrying things for me.

    Also I did a scan of your website using the Sucuri Site Check scanner and your site is currently hacked. BPS does not automatically clean up your website if it was already hacked prior to installing BPS on it.

    I’m noticing the same thing in my logs. I believe that HostGator uses this to monitor their servers. Any way to have these filtered out in the logs? Mine is filling up with only these entries, so I’d like a way to “whitelist” this user agent, or at lesat the REMOTE_ADDR they are all coming from.
