# Error Log during back up

 * Hi,
 * I failed several times to restore an update from a dropbox or local backup. The
   site is not working anymore after the backup. No Dashboard, no login, just a 
   white page.

 * Additional questions:
 * Do I need to install all previous Plugins before I restore the backup?
    Do those

    your Database credentialls must be corrected(
   as I can see on your domain).

 * No, you can use the latest plugin version for restoring process from WordPress:

 * This is OK, if you use just the latest plugin version for restore.
