Import Users from CSV
Error Log Doesn't Show Errors (2 posts)

    This is my first time using this plugin, so it could be something in my CVS file that is causing issues. But I downloaded the "template" from the Users > Import From CSV page, updated it with 10 test users, and uploaded it. I get the "No user was successfully imported, please check the error log." message. When I click on the error log link though, I just get a white page with zero info -- so I can't figure out what is from with my CSV file, blargh!

    See ' not importing and nothing in the log file' thread below.

    YOu need to save the .csv as a Windows .csv

    Just had the sasme problem.
