# Error Loading DataTables

 * Hello, I haven’t made any recent updates to my DataTables recently, but they 
   are currently not loading correctly. I’m receiving this error:
   ErrorYou are trying
   to load a table of an unknown type. Probably you did not activate the addon which
   is required to use this table type.
 * Any help would be appreciated, thank you.

 * First, just a quick note — I see you’re using the **Premium** version of wpDataTables.
   This forum is dedicated only to **Lite support**, so for any Premium-related 
   issues, please open a ticket using the steps in this guide:

 * That said, here’s what’s causing your current issue:
 * If the table was built using Premium features — such as a Manual table, SQL Query-
   based table, Google Sheets, or any of our add-ons like Master-Detail or Powerful
   Filters — it won’t load properly with the Lite version.
 * **Here’s how to resolve it:**
    1. Reinstall the Premium version of wpDataTables.
       You won’t lose any data — just

    2. If your table uses any add-ons, make sure they are also installed, activated,
